Proud to be celebrating 16 years as the South's Premier Dining Venue for Fresh Fish.

Where once the local children learned the three R's by rote and played in the adjacent fields....

When once 'meat and two veg' was the order of the day; and that only for a privileged few...

When a Morris Minor or Ford Anglia was the most that many would aspire to as a family car...

In distant Scotland was the child who became the young man who developed a love for the fish landed in his home country and found the simplest methods in it's preparation and cooking gave the best results. Not for him the classic wine and cream laden sauces, not for him dulled eye and smell of the sea that tells the age of the caught fish. But a light delicate touch on fish, crustacean and mollusc to let the flavours of the sea, the aromas of the scents, come forth without hindrance or camouflage.

So welcome to Bryce's where the original ethos to provide the best quality fish and seafood has been combined with elegant dishes, subtle surroundings and fine service all under the daily direction of Bill Bryce.

A faster lighter meal in the bar, or a longer more leisurely luncheon in the restaurant, a family dinner or a business occasion, our recent festive menu or Hogmanay Celebrations all receive equal attention from our team of staff and offer the chance to enjoy fish in it's many flavours and textures and seafood in the many varieties at it's best.
